Initial meeting
"We believe that to have a good ending you have to have a good beginning"The sole purpose of this the initial meeting, is to develop a shared perception and mutual understanding of your needs and expectations if we agree to work together.
We believe that quality is what happens when what is promised is delivered. In support of this belief, we begin every new relationship by:
- working collaboratively with our Clients to accurately define the scope of work and resulting outputs of our services;
- co-develop mutual performance expectations and agree to price with no hidden agendas.
To begin the work, we meet the key Management Team to gain an insight into your overall business goals, objectives, and how they are currently linked to the performance of your business processes. In reply we will give you a concise presentation of the nature and extent of "The Granger's Method" and how any "gap analysis audit" undertaken will be analyzed and reported upon with recommendations for improvement where appropriate.
"No doubt contracting = No surprises"Based upon these discussions, we will devise a working programme for the type of services required, along with the timing, required knowledge and skills needed to put the working programme into effect.
From this shared understanding, we will propose a timetable and cost which will include initial monitoring to ensure improvements are effective and meet the satisfaction of the Client.
There is no charge for this initial meeting.
