  • Interpret results of the "gap analysis audit" to determine where, if any, process improvements are needed.
  • Agree and implement strategies and tactics for designing, developing and implementing the working programme.
  • Compile a policy (foundation) document written in easy understandable para-phrases.
  • Identification and integration of Company's personnel own skills and knowledge into working programme.
  • Design and introduce work processes in a flow-chart format based upon the "Plan, Do, Check, Act" principle.
  • Ensure Management and Employees are properly educated on actions undertaken throughout the working programme.

Policy Document

To enable our Clients to have a clearer understanding of the prerequisites needed to gain certification to quality and environmental standards, a policy document will be produced that interprets the requirements of the "standard" into easy understandable para-phrases. This is classed as the "foundation" document.

Working Programme

The success of introducing work processes into a Company is determined by a number of principles which will make future audits an effective and reliable tool for identifying improvements within your company. The 3 main principles embodied in the "Granger's Consultancy Services" working programme are:

  • The assessment and evaluation of Critical Success Factors (CSF) essential to work-process control & accountability;
  • Assessment and evaluation of metrics for appraising the effectiveness & efficiency of quality and environmental standards, internal controls, operations & information flows and resource allocations and their effective use;
  • Levels of documentation, compliance and maintenance of business-critical work processes.

  • illustrates the sequence of work tasks from commencement to completion;
  • identifies responsibilities;
  • highlights controls;
  • x-references work tasks to the "foundation" document;
